So 31 Days of Simple Solutions might be over, but in the hustle and bustle of posting all our simple solutions, I never got to share with you some of the new-to-me bloggers and 31 Days series that were my faves to read this month!
There were over 1,000 other bloggers following along with The Nester and posting 31 Days series. Wow! There was no way I could even possibly check them all out, but here were the ones I followed and loved in October. Even though they’re finished posting for October, you could go back through the month and read their posts {it’s totally worth it!}.
Of course, The Nester herself is one of my faves. I have been inspired by her so much through the years. I just adore her blog and the way she thinks about her home.

Kristin over at Bits and Pieces from My Life did a great series chock-full of great tips and ideas for having fun with your kids. Her button below says it all.
One of my favorite things she mentioned was doing a “super-sonic clean-up.” I tried this with the boys the other day and we got everything cleaned up in under 10 minutes. WOW!
My favorite new blog that I found was hands-down My Chihuahua Bites. She had some really great stuff on her blog about makeup and skincare and hair care and stuff like that. It’s been fun to read, and I’ve learned lots of new things! Be sure to check it out!
Another new-to-me blog that I fell in love with is All Our Days. Busy Bags and Quiet Time Activities galore. She put so much into this series! Free printables and great suggestions. I need to catch up with the end of her series, but I can’t wait!
And lastly, a blog I’ve read for quite some time. Katie at clarendon lane has great home decorating style! I love seeing what she’s up to in her home. She didn’t have theme for October other than to just post something! Hey, I’m good with that. And it was fun to read the this and that of what she wrote.
So those were my faves. Anyone else read other bloggers’ 31 Days Series? What were your favorites?

I am a first time blogger with you and I am just fascinated by all you are doing and the great idea of referring to others also. When I was a mom of young children I could have used something like this. The good news is that wherever we moved to (lots and lots of places) my best advice and perks came from the ladies in our Bible studies. You young women ROCK!
You’re too sweet, Patti! I miss you!
Thanks for featuring me! And it’s funny because Allyson from All Our Days (one of the other bloggers you featured) is my real-life friend. In fact, I met up with her this afternoon!
